Welcome to the Consumer ProductsSalesComp Design Survey™, a survey of sales compensation plan design features. As a survey participant, you will provide the plan features of your sales compensation program and, in return, receive a side-by-side comparison of your plan features compared to other companies. Learn how others compensate their sales professionals. No other survey provides access to the key design elements that other successful companies are using. While pay level information is available from compensation survey organizations, Consumer ProductsSalesComp Design Survey™ gathers the critical design elements that shape sales compensation plan design.
